SUNGJOONG KIM graduated from L'École supérieure de commerce de Dijon-burgundy in Dijon, Burgundy, France, at the end of 2011.
We decided to concentrate on champagne in 2011 and established AVEC VIN, a professional import company of champagne in 2012. Champagne importer company is located in Gangnam, the center of Korea. In early 2018, LA BULLES CHAMPAGNE BAR, a professional champagne bar, is being opened in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu.
On November 22, 2017, we hosted an international conference at the Louvre on the theme of LE PAPIER D'HIER POUR DEMAIN and proved the possibility of Korea's future. In 2018, we established LE KOJI, a social enterprise, and are conducting corporate divisions.
Kim Sung Joong introduces French culture to Korea through champagne and introduces Korean culture to France through Korean paper. The lightness, purity and splendor of champagne resembles the lightness, purity and depth of the paper.
The Champagne Frontier, who is looking for 15600 champagne producers, travels to find Korean producers in Korea. I meet them personally and feel their work with eyes and minds and with various emotions. It takes a lot of time to meet products like their work.
